The Butler County Fire District received a $5,000 DuPont Pioneer grant toward bunker gear for their volunteer department.
“Every day, the DuPont Pioneer team is working hard to develop seeds to feed the world,” said Stewart Koehn, DuPont Pioneer local sales representative. “However, the most important part of producing quality seed is ensuring we are safe in the process. Pioneer is very proud to support local volunteers who are willing to be their ‘brother’s keeper’ when duty calls.”
Pioneer makes contributions to community-based organizations on behalf of the business and employees. Consideration for community outreach grants are given to communities where Pioneer representatives, employees and customers live and work and that support quality-of-life initiatives to create an improved, sustainable lifestyle for people worldwide.
