With the horrific loss of 20 children to one deranged individual there are those in a position of power that would use this great loss and the pain felt by so many to further their agenda of gun control while the sorrow is being felt so strongly.
Our President on live TV praying for those lost and their loved ones was sincere and heart felt but why have we never seen him on a live broadcast praying for the children being held as sex slaves by the pedophiles in this country? I can assure you there are many times more than 20 and what they are subjected to daily is much worse than death.
If he would read his history he would see how well prohibition worked, anyone that wanted to drink had access to booze, it just made criminals out of honest citizens and bootleggers rich.
Banning any type of firearm will have the same results, making criminals out of otherwise honest citizens.
The cause of these tragedies is not a material object, if a Jeep or Hummer had been used to kill and injure a group of children in the crosswalk when leaving school would he call for a ban on them because they were initially designed for the military before being made for civilian use?
The problem is that our nation is becoming a 21st century Sodom and Gomorrah. 30 percent of our population under 30 years of age claim to have no ties to religion nor believe in God. Folks, how many of these young people will have a position of power in our government in future years?
Already we have a President that on national news stated his personal belief was that homosexual couples had a right to marry!
Many of our children are being held in bondage as sex slaves by pedophiles, so many others are having consensual sex before they are even teenagers, drug use is out of control and the family units are not giving our children the foundation in faith they need during their young impressionable years.
Unless we start living our lives as God intended we will surly feel his wrath as a nation. “But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin it would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to drowned in the depths of the sea.”
