Charity Inez Wessels, 37, of El Dorado, died Thursday. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado. Visitation with the family present will be Tuesday evening Nov. 27 from 6 to 8, also at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Lawns Cemetery.
Charity was born on July 18, 1975 in Lincoln, Neb., the daughter of Marcus and Bea (Zepeda) Wessels. She had received her GED and taken some college hours. She loved to do many things including being an avid NASCAR fan, especially Jeff Gordon; loved to dance, loved music and was a good singer; enjoyed family gatherings, loved life and was always there for you. She worked as a clerk at Sunny Stop.
Those she leaves include a son, Jacob Michael Lett, and a daughter, Mikaila Faith Lett, both of El Dorado; her mother and step-father, Bea and Jesse Moore, also of El Dorado; her father and stepmother, Marc and Leisa Wessels of Augusta; a sister, Ashley Shinn of McCook, Neb.; brothers, Robbie Wessels, also of McCook, Neb., Justin Sherrill and Nathan Sherrill, both of Augusta, and J. R. Moore of El Dorado; and two sisters, Jany Moore, Blue Springs, Mo., and Samatha Moore, Rapid City, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
