Robert “Bob” M. Cummins, 68, passed away Saturday at his home in El Dorado. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Kirby-Morris Funeral Home.
Bob was born Dec. 31, 1943 in Wichita, the son of Merlin and Betty (Jones) Cummins. He attended school in Wichita graduating from North High School. He was united in marriage to Linda June Wilson on Sept. 20, 1963 at the First Baptist Church in El Dorado. Bob was a tool and die maker for Cessna Aircraft for many years. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. He loved old cars, fish and golf. He loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include wife, Linda; son, Lane and wife Holly of El Dorado; daughters, Bobbi and husband Neil Parrigon of Pierce City, Mo., and Randi and husband Tony Harvey of Potwin; sisters, Anita and husband Ed Wiley of Wichita and Cynthia Schultz of Hutchinson; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Nancy.
