Greatness is not measured by money, fame, athletic ability or beauty. True greatness is measured in spiritual terms. It is the expansion of life that determines our greatness.
So, what does true greatness look like?
True greatness is measured as we grow; from fear to faith, from weakness to strength, from unforgiving to forgiving, from unhappiness to happiness, from self to unselfishness.
Yes, true greatness is the legacy that you leave when this life is over. Your legacy will be measured by your character of life, not by the things that you acquired. It is written of the life of Abel, “...though he is dead, he still speaks.” (Hebrews 11:4). This man left a legacy to be read by all in the Bible.
Leave a legacy that will be remembered. By doing so, you will have learned the secret of greatness.
