A 76-year-old man tried out for a D-league team of the Golden State Warriors last weekend. Don Wiberg paid the tryout entry fee and was one of a handful of players hoping to make the Santa Cruz Warriors - and possibly the NBA (Golden State will invite five Santa Cruz players to camp). Wiberg admits his only competitive skill is passing, but, he said, “I’m 76 years old and this is the only thing left on my bucket list. … You know, what the hell.”
