Attention boys - do you have incredible strength and abilities? Do you enjoy saving the day? Do you look really awesome in a mask and cape? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you just may be a Superhero waiting to happen!
The Augusta Public Library’s SUPERHERO TRAINING CAMP is a program designed to test your skills and see if you have what it takes to be a true SUPERHERO. Training Camp includes: Make-Your-Own Superhero Cape & Mask; Tackle the Superhero Obstacle Course; “STRING” up the Villian; Super Storytime; & a “POW”er Snack. Upon successful completion of the program an “Official Superhero” certificate will be awarded!
Training Camp is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 3, from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., at Augusta Public Library, 1609 State Street. Security Clearance check-in will begin at 10:15. All interested trainees must call (775-2681) or come in to the library between Monday, Oct. 22, and Thursday, Nov.1, to reserve their slot on our training roster! Trainees must be between the ages of 3 and 8 to participate.
