7 - 9:30 a.m. : Sausage gravy/biscuit breakfast at Senor Center
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. : Arts, crafts & gifts at Community Building
9 a.m. -3 p.m.: Friends of the Library book sale at library
10 a.m. - ?: Food court at Community Building
10 a.m.: Parade downtown, starts at 224 S. Poplar/City Shop
11 a.m.: (after the parade) at the event stage - Crowning of Miss Frontier’s Day 2012, Mayor’s 2012 Contest Winners, Raising Faith Mime Team performance
11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Kids Carnival at library
11 a.m.: Heroes Square & Emergency Vehicle demonstration at fire station
Noon - 2 p.m.: Motorcycle show registration
1 - 3 p.m.: Hotdog Eating Contest at event stage
1:30 p.m.: Digital Scavenger Hunt at event stage
2 - 4 p .m.: Motorcycle Show, with special contest at 3:30 p.m.
3 p.m.: Ice cream served by CornerBank
3 - 4 p.m.: Registration for The Great Douglass Race/start and end at CornerBank. Race at 4 p.m.
5 p.m.: Judging of Digital Scavenger Hunt
Saturday Night
Carnival downtown
7:30 p.m.: Brick Street Dance at event stage at Forrest St.
8 p.m.: Rusty Rierson and the Forever Young Band
Sunday, Oct. 14
5 p.m.: Community-wide Chili Supper & Praise Sing in the Community Building, from the Douglass Ministerial Alliance. Chili, dessert and a drink will be provided. There is no charge for this event, but donations will be accepted and all proceeds will go to the Ministerial Alliance.
