The first annual Cemetery Tour of Augusta’s Elmwood Cemetery will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13. The 2 p.m. tour is sold out, but tickets for the 4 p.m. tour are still available. Augusta Historical Museum Director Rachelle Meinecke will be the tour guide, visiting the final resting place of Augusta’s first settlers, celebrities and scoundrels.
Vince Marshall will be demonstrating and teaching the art of grave dowsing.
Tickets may be purchased now at the Augusta Historical Museum, 303 State St. and Cooper Drug, 509 State St. Tickets are $7 and space is limited.
