  • The Lady Wildcats varsity volleyball team went 3-3 in their matches at Douglass on Saturday and earned 4th place overall for the the tournament.
    The Wildcats freshman team participated in a tournament at Clearwater and came away with a tournament championship win.
    Playing out of pool 1 the Wildcats were defeated by Andover Central 25-18 and 25-12
    The Lady Wildcats bounced back in pool play to grab victories over Mulvane 25-22 and 25-18, then host Clearwater 25-10 and 25-10.
    In pool 2 Rose Hill def. Circle 25-22; 25-20.
    Andover def. Wellington 25-14; 25-6.
    Circle def. Andover 30-28; 25-11.
    Rose Hill def. Wellington 25-8; 25-17.
    Circle def. Wellington 25-6; 25-11.
    Rose Hill def. Andover 25-20; 26-24.
    In the semi-finals, the Wildcats faced off with Rose Hill in a three set nail biter.
    El Dorado came away with a comeback win over Rose Hill 14-25, 25-17 and 17-15.
    Circle defeated Andover Central 25-15 and 25-20 in the other semi-final.
    In the Championship match El Dorado defeated rival Circle in two game 26-24 and 25-15 to earn the tournament victory.
