  • Broncos take two matches at Ell-Saline

  • The Remington High School Volleyball squad traveled to participate at the Ell-Saline quad on Tuesday.
    The Broncos took on Bennington in their first match and after a tight first game Remington came away with the victory in two games winning 25-23 and 25-13.
    Nicole Minder had 10 good attacks with 2 being kills. Madison Janzen had 10 good attacks with 4 being kills and served 9/9 with 2 aces.
    Deanna Ingalsbe had 19 total blocks. Emma Hilgenfeld had 16 total blocks with 5 being stuffs and 4 kills for the match.
    Kristyn Wedel had 4 good attacks with 1 kill. Kylee Schunn had 16 good passes.
    Jasmine Ingalsbe was 13/13 serving with 3 aces. Rose Dollarhide was 14/14 serving with 2 aces.
    Remington then took on host Ell-Saline in their second match and were beaten 15-25 and 9-25.
    Nicole Minder had 9 good attacks with 3 kills. Deanna Ingalsbe had 5 good attacks & 12 total blocks.
    Kristyn Wedel had 7 total blocks.
    The Broncos bounced back against Canton-Galva needing only two games for the win going 25-13 and 25-20.
    Madison Janzen had 8 good attacks, 3 stuff blocks, and 11 assists. Emma Hilgenfeld had 8 good attacks with 7 being kills.
    Rose Dollarhide had 9 assists. Megan McNeill had 3 good attacks with 1 kill and 5 total blocks.
    Jasmine Ingalsbe was 11/11 serving. Nicole Minder was 14/14 serving with 2 aces. Kylee Schunn served perfect for the match.
    Remington is now 11-7 overall and 4-3 in the HOA League.
