I feel I must take you to task for violating your own "Letter to the editor policy" because of printing the letter from Bill Hill in the 9-8-2012 issue.
Violation #1, policy states "We will automatically reject letters to another person." Letter was to (Dear Mr. Bush) "Kent Bush" editorial columnist.
Violation #2, policy states "letters endorsing political issues" will be automatically rejected.
Letter content includes Mr. Hills agreement with Mr. Bush's far left opinion on gun ownership (a political issue), also he states his positive views on Eisenhower and Dole's political performance and his negative opinion of Pompeo and Brownbacks! (also a political issue)
If you feel I'm wrong in my assessment of this letter in regards to your policy feel free to share your opinion with me. Thanks! Your policy should be followed or done away with.
