Milford L. Boucher, 88, of Latham, died at his home on Monday morning.


Milford L. Boucher, 88, of Latham, died at his home on Monday morning.  The celebration of his life will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Kirby-Morris Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Latham cemetery. Milford was born May 24, 1924 in Mulvane, the son of Geoffrey and Ruby Boone Boucher.  He was a graduate of the Augusta High School. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. On Sept. 27, 1948 he was married to Jimmie Lu Anderson in the Methodist church in El Dorado. He was a rancher. He loved to do woodworking and crafts.

Surviving family include his wife, Jimmie Lu of the home; son, Alan S. Boucher of Leon; daughter, LuAnne Boucher of Latham; one sister, Aileen Leben of Austin, Texas; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Marilyn Kay Small; one brother; one sister; and one grandson, Tyson Weishaar.
