Our country as a whole is faced with a rising number of people who are overweight or even obsess. This is caused from a combination of many different things. Over eating, lack of exercise and even just poor food choices are one of the many things that we are told continuities to this rising problem.

There has been talk that the ads and commercials we see on TV can play a large part in our overeating as well. This is a personal option and not a proven fact, but give it some thought. When you are sitting down watching TV with your family and an ad for a bag of chips comes on the screen, does it make you want to go snack on something in your own kitchen? Often times we will see an ad for a new hamburger at the local fast food restaurant and before you know it, you are sitting in the drive through because you just had to try it.

So many be the speculations about ads and commercials are true. Possibly they are leading to the rising problem of obesity in America. I think this is based on an individual basis and not an over all one though.
