Dr. Brenda Cederberg, DMV, CCRP, joined the staff of Countryside Pet Clinic June 4.
She graduated from Kansas State University in 1995 with a veterinary degree and is certified in canine rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee. Her special interests include orthopedic surgery and pain management.
“We recognize the need for physical rehabilitation in pets recovering from debilitating conditions and after illness, surgery or trauma and very helpful in treating chronic debilitating conditions such as neurologic disorders, obesity and arthritis;” Cederberg said. “We take a comprehensive approach which means that we will prescribe combinations of therapy and several applications to treat your pet. It will be a dynamic process, as your pet improves with strength and function we change and add more challenging therapy as they progress. We are compassionate and patient. We look for progress, not necessarily perfection, in their recovery.” ?
The addition of Dr. Cederberg will allow Countryside to expand its acute and chronic pain management as well as add physical rehabilitation services.
