There will be plenty to do in El Dorado tomorrow as the 19th annual Walnut River Festival comes to downtown.

In preparation for the festival, local elementary school students have been busy providing decorations for local businesses.

The students’ patriotic artwork can be seen in business windows up and down Main Street.

The Festival events will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature an entertainment stage with performances from El Dorado High School, Butler musicians and other local talent. There also will be games and activities for children of all ages, showcasing the Butler EduCare Center, the USD 490 art department, Coutts Memorial Museum of Art, local artists Jim Clements and Amboo Ploy and the city recreation department.
