Day Watch
A minor injury accident occurred in the 2300 block of Ohio when an unknown vehicle stopped in front of a 1997 Lincoln owned and operated by Karen A. Hasting, El Dorado.  A 2008 Ford Focus, operated by Cassie L. Boucher, Augusta, was unable to stop and struck a 2003 GMC truck operated by Terry R. Schnitker, Augusta, causing the Schnitker vehicle to strike the Hasting vehicle.  The Hasting vehicle received $50 in damages, the Schnitker vehicle, $1,000, and the Boucher vehicle received approximately $6,000 in damages.  All parties refused medical assistance.
