The request to purchase synthetic timbers as a gift from Grandview PTO carried 7-0.

Wilks mentioned needed attention concerning the bus barn exteriors and discussed financial updating on enrollment, one-time money and ongoing items.

New band uniforms were also discussed.

New uniforms were approved last year and the district is now in the process of bidding.

Wilks reminded the board that money has already been budgeted for the new uniforms.

Recent water problems with the gymnasium floor and moisture in concrete was another concern mentioned.

The district is planning to replace flooring in the gym and must resolve the moisture issues prior to installation.
