On the eve of Halloween, Augusta CrimeStoppers Inc. will be sponsoring a ”Gobblin’ Good Time” program in the Augusta High School auditorium.
This annual pre-Halloween party for boys and girls will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30. The party breaks up at 8 p.m.
Canned good items for Augusta Community Caring Center are suggested as an admission donation.
McGruff and friends from the Augusta Department of Safety will be sharing trick or treat safety tips with the youngsters.
The children are invited to wear  their costumes and there will be a costume parade in the auditorium along with cartoons, prizes, and candy treat bags.
Children under age 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
