As youve probably heard by now, hitchBOT -- the Canadian hitchhiking robot whod made successful trips across Canada, the Netherlands and Germany -- met an untimely end only a few weeks into his trip across the U.S., when he was beheaded in Philadelphia, like so many other hitchhiking robots before him.
