Hurricane Joaquin was upgraded to a Category 4 storm earlier today, and is slowly heading up from the Bahamas toward the eastern coast of the United States. Cities all along the coastline have begun to prepare for the hurricane, should it hit, although experts are currently forecasting that the storm looks to be heading further out to sea.
